General Policies 

All items, unless otherwise noted, are made to order and require up to 4-6 weeks to be sent to you. If you need it by a certain date, I will try my best to accommodate but do take note an expedited fee will be added to your order. Always reach out before hand to ensure this is a possibility! 

Due to the nature of lost wax casting- slight variations may occur making each piece unique.

If an item is damaged or in need of repair, I will kindly fix or replace for a fee. This will vary on a case by case basis so please feel free to reach out to initiate a conversation. 

Return Policy

Please consider that items are handmade to order just for you before making your purchase.

Ring sizers are available upon request to ensure the right fit for you. 

Because items are made to order, purchases made are final sale.

Exchanges or returns for store credit are available within 14 days of purchase. 

Shipping

Floating World is not responsible for lost packages, but will do everything to get your package to you safely.

All orders ship via UPS, DHL or USPS- you will get a confirmation email with tracking once it ships. 

International Orders

All International customers are responsible for duties or tax fees that may apply!
